FinalWork Plan. Track. Complete.
Owner & Service Team

Did the opening list actually get done?

The checklist is pinned to the wall but nobody ticks it, and the shift hours go in a notebook. FinalWork moves both onto the phone — after evening service you can see the whole day on one screen.

Sound familiar?

Once service starts, nobody has time to keep records. Most owners live with the following — on the right is what each one looks like in FinalWork.

In Your Current Setup With the FinalWork App

Shift hours go in a notebook; when two shifts overlap, who worked how long gets tangled by the end of the month.

The team start the timer at the beginning of the shift and stop it at the end. Lateness, breaks and net time appear separately in the report.

The opening and closing list is on the wall but nobody ticks it when it's busy, so you never know whether it was done.

Every item sits on the phone as a daily task. Anything unticked stays on screen, and who did it — and when — goes on the record.

Fridge temperatures and hygiene records are asked for at an inspection, but once the form is full it goes in a folder and can't be found.

The records build up as tasks. Pick a date range and the report comes up on screen, ready to download as a PDF and hand over.

A machine breaking down or a supply running out gets mentioned mid-service and forgotten by the evening.

The team write a note under the task: which machine, what happened. The note sits on your screen, and only the person who wrote it can change it.

Closing jobs get skipped; you find out when you arrive in the morning, and the day starts with fixing them.

You set the reminder times. If a job is still undone at that hour, a notification lands on the team's phones.

Working out pay and bonuses means adding up days from the notebook at the end of the month.

You pick a date range and the report appears on screen. You download the same report as a PDF and hand it to the bookkeeper.

Setup and activation take just one minute — you can start free. Below you can watch the whole flow on the app's real screens.

Does it handle orders and bills as well?

No, the app is not a till system. It tracks your team's working hours and the daily jobs like opening, closing and hygiene; you carry on using your till exactly as before.

We run two shifts — can both be tracked?

Yes. The timer measures the hours itself, so a shift is recorded whenever it starts; morning and evening shifts appear separately in the report.

Can the team write notes, and can I see them?

Yes. The team can write a note under each item — which machine broke, what has run out. You can see the note but you cannot change it; only the person who wrote it can edit it.

How many people can I add?

The free plan has a limit on users; when you reach it the app warns you and no new user is added. The limit is lifted on Premium.

Can I present the hygiene records at an inspection?

You pick a date range and download the report as a PDF. Which check was ticked, by whom and when, stays on the record.

Can I be sure the shift really started at the venue?

With the location rule switched on, the timer can only be started at the location you set. Anyone who hasn't given location permission shows up in the list with a warning badge.

I have more than one branch — can I follow them all?

You can open a separate workspace for each branch and switch between them with the same account. Reports are kept separately for each branch.
